One of the most interesting and niche varieties in the world, Wush Wush is highly regarded for its big florals and complexity. After sorting, Paola and her team prepare the cherries for a 32 hour fermentation. This helps to stimulate the development of the delicate and interesting profile that we come to love.
Lively and full of fun, we find plenty of grapefruit and blood orange in the cup, as well as that ‘tea-like’ quality that you’d expect from a great Gesha.
